This is a type of compound found in coffee Beans. The compound is really Chlorogenic acid. This acid can improve your blood sugar. You can buy this compound in the form of capsules to take daily for your health. When taken as a supplement, this can cause weight loss, prevention of certain diseases, Blood Pressure. Basically, provides better health overall for you.

Back in the older days of the world, they used Tannin for tanning leather in shops. Most coffees have about 4% of this ingredient in each cup but could vary depending on the brand. Because of Tannin in coffee, you can stain furniture with it.
